Job Description

COMPANY OVERVIEWOur client are an award-winning group of financial services and technology company, working with close to 20% of UK financial advisers and their clients.The successful applicants will be responsible for administering requests from Advised and Non-Advised clients, advisers and liaising with ceding providers.

  • Location: Hybrid rota based, Newburn Business Park, Newcastle
  • Hours: Full time, Monday -Friday
  • Progression: Our client encourages further development and financially supports achievement of relevant qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing client requests within SLA
  • Updating clients and advisers with ongoing transfers
  • Maintaining an inbound phoneline shared with the team.
  • Provision of technical information both verbally and in writing around respective processes
  • Completing updates to databases to ensure that records are accurately maintained
  • Project work as directed by Team Leader or Manager
  • Provide general support and oversight within the department
  • Ensure that continuous improvement systems integrity are maintained to the highest possible standards
  • To undertake any additional tasks that could be reasonably expected of a senior administrator when required. This could include stepping in to process daily tasks, assisting managers.
