The Company you will be working for;Our client is an established and successful company based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specificationof the job role, please apply below.The Role you will be doing;
  • Greet visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Deal with general queries and redirect to the appropriate department/colleagues where necessary
  • Carry out administration and ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • General administration tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
  • Manage post
  • Create and distribute business communications
  • Support with company intranet and marketing content
  • Support with business projects as and when required
  • First point of contact
  • Manage appointments
  • Communicating with clients and associates as and when required
  • Paperwork/goods flow internal and external
  • Finance - quotes/taking payments, arranging invoice/proformas, VAT forms
  • Enter and extract data from internal data bases
  • Ordering goods
About you;
  • NVQ Business Administration level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service, medical administration experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Polite and courteous manner
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Good listener who can answer queries where appropriate or redirect to the most appropriate colleague
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others
  • Takes pride in the achievement of individual and team objectives
  • Self-motivated - driven to achieve results
  • High customer service ethic - is passionate about meeting customer expectations and improving service levels
