Job Description

Customer claims specialist(insurance) 25 open roles, homebasedMy client due to a new high profile account win are looking for 25 customer claims advisors to work with travel insurance. They are looking for claims experience working for another insurance specialist. You must be within 50 miles of Newcastle. Salary £19,500to £21,800 + £1,500 bonus and benefits.Customer claims specialists duties-All customers are calling us for help and therefore you will be required to handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a helpful, friendly, polite and professional way.-To proactively manage each claim ensuring that the customer receives the most appropriate service in a timely and cost effective manner.-To monitor all aspects of the claim to ensure that all services are provided at the agreed time and that the customer is kept fully appraised of the progress.-Handle first notification of loss (FNOL) calls empathetically, enter all relevant claims information accurately and agree the next course of action, whether we are requesting further information or are able to fast track the customers claim.-Our first thought should be to obtain any information in the quickest way, therefore proactive calls are essential to provide updates and request customer information.-Assess new claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions, within specified service levels and in line with department procedures-To ensure that the relevant Supervisor/Manager is informed of any service failure or potential problem.-Identify and initiate potential recoveries from 3rd partiesCustomer claims specialists skills required-Must have claims experience working for another insurance company-A Genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service-The ability to manage multiple cases-High attention to detail-Excellent, clear and professional phone mannerAdditional information-8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, no Sundays-35 Hour week-Various start datesIf you are interested in the above role and have claims experience please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT55452Dont keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please dont keep us to yourself.
