Job Description

Central Employment is working with a local leader in the iGaming Industry as they look to take on a passionate CRM Marketing Executive to join their team.   • Good writing and proofreading skills.

  • E-commerce CRM background preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinating, creating and sending - engaging, unique, persuasive and clear marketing communications to our ever-growing customer database.
  • Creating player segments with correct player KPIs.
  • Creating on-site promotions and bonuses aiming to convert, retain and re-engage lapsed players.
  • Testing player journeys and promotion-related games.
  • Writing and proofreading promotional terms and conditions.
  • Briefing images to an external design agency.
  • Creating content and liaising with an external translation company for communications and on-site content.
  • Liaising with the internal Customer Service Team, informing them about all ongoing promotions and answering any queries.
