Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Credit Hire Fee Earner to join a firm based in central Newcastle. The firm work within Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Housing Disrepair and Conveyancing and are recognised by the Legal 500 with over 25 years experience.The firm are also committed members of APIL and a dedicated law firm for Headway.Role and RequirementsThe growing team is looking for a fee earner to deal with claimant fast track credit hire litigation claims. It is essential that you have upwards of 12 months experience handling your own credit hire caseload, ideally from a claimant background. In additionto this credit hire experience, you must be confident dealing with litigated claims, be able to work to deadlines and have a strong client care focus.Working as part of a team you will have excellent drafting skills and a strong understanding of core liability, causation, consent and quantum issues along with working knowledge of issuing proceedings, obtaining evidence and preparing for trial.Benefits:
