Job Description

Job Title: Creative Artworker Location: Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Salary: Up to £30k depending on experienceOur client is a well-respected creative company specialising in brand communications. They are looking for an experienced Creative Artworker who can hit the ground running and become a valued part of their team. They are specifically looking for someone withexperience and skill in (but not restricted to) PowerPoint. Role and responsibility:

  • Following brand guidelines and creative direction to produce first-class design solutions for marketing communications
  • Coordinating with creative and account teams to ensure projects are carried out effectively
  • Taking responsibility for managing your workload and timeframes
  • Keeping up to date with the latest visual trends
  • Optimising visual content so it can be easily understood and is engaging
  • Thinking creatively to expand ideas across multiple outputs
  • Creation of materials for both online and offline use
  • Responding promptly to managerial/client requests
  • Willingness to take the initiative, be flexible and help wherever possible
  • Contributing your ideas and expertise to the team
Skills required:
  • Proven experience as a Creative Artworker, or a similar position
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
  • An excellent working knowledge of Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong artwork proofing and editing skills
  • Understand the print process and how to set up artwork for production
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good at problem-solving, highly organised and detail orientated
  • A team player
  • Adobe After Effects and XD experience advantageous (preferred but not required)
