Conveyancing Executive Due to expansion an ambitious, positively charged Conveyancing Executive or Paralegal or Legal Assistant is wanted for an excellent Residential Conveyancing opportunity with a highly regarded and top ranked Newcastle law firm. Applications are invited from bright, hard working Residential Conveyancers and Legal Assistants looking to build out their careers and know how in an award winning, Partner led team. Salary is upwards of £20,000 and negotiable, depending on experience with excellent benefits including a generous holiday entitlement. The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will join a small friendly team that delivers an excellent Residential and Commercial Conveyancing service to private clients and the business community. Managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish, day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy with caseloads tailored around skill set and full training and development provided in order to build out your Conveyancing know how. The successful candidate will possess at least 18 months Residential Conveyancing experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment, familiarity with the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme an advantage. Good academics will underpin strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to maintain attention to detail in pressurised situations.
