We are on an unstoppable journey of growth and are looking for people who want to go beyond with us on what will be an incredibly exciting talent revolution.What were looking for:We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team, delivering outstanding marketing materials across a number of channels. You will need to be able to write for a number of audiences whilst retaining Revolents tone of voice. This role would suit someone who is very creative and enjoys suggesting new ideas that can help to further develop our brand through content. Were looking for someone who will meet and help raise the standard of content on our team, but were also looking for someone who can grow with the business, adapt to new projects, and who would excel in taking on further responsibilities over time.What our ideal candidate looks like:

  • Capable of coordinating and writing exciting, engaging, and well-researched long-form content in collaboration with leading influencers in our sector (e.g., for white papers or reports).
  • Able to create short-form copy for web, replying to journalist requests, and writing ultra-short-form (e.g., ad copy).
  • Experience researching, creating, and delivering presentation and webinar copy to suit our range of audiences.
  • Capable of using content splintering/repurposing tactics to create multiple pieces of content from one resource (e.g., a webinar becomes a transcript, a summary blog post, turned into a white paper, etc.).
  • Some experience working on social media channels. While this role will not focus on social, it will involve supporting our social media channels with posting and engagement when required.
  • You need to be a perfectionist when it comes to detail and have the flair to create the right content at the right moment for our audience.
  • To be considered for this role, youll need to have:
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in a results-driven content marketing role
  • The ability to optimise content for SEO, making sure your content is found by our audience
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to manage content creation and SEO optimisation (we currently use Yoast)
  • Excellent time-management, planning, communication, and organisation skills
  • Impeccable written English, self-proofing, and editing skills
  • To really set yourself apart, youll also have:
  • A degree in a relevant area of study
  • Recognised marketing qualifications
  • Basic HTML/Bootstrap skills - enough to edit content in WordPress such as CTAs
  • Audio and video editing experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools or similar
  • Familiarity with marketing automation practices (email copy, landing page copy, custom redirects, ROI tracking) and software - especially Pardot
  • Alongside a competitive salary, benefits include a bi-annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of your salary, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discounts from high street and online retailers, early finishes on a Wednesday, and late starts on a Friday.This role is located in our Newcastle upon Tyne city centre office. Due to the current global circumstances our team are currently fully remote.
