Job Description

Were Norton Rose Fulbright - a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide.Our Newcastle Hub is currently recruiting for a Bids Coordinator to support the EMEA Strategic Bids Team in managing responses to clients complex and/or global Requests for Proposals (RfPs). As well as the relevant skills and experience, were looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view and believe diversity drives innovation, so were building a culture where difference is valued.The team consists of 2 Senior Bid Managers and the Head of Department - they will coach you through the bids process and help you develop your bidding skills. There is a lot of scope to develop and progress in this role.The RoleYour responsibilities will include the administration of the bids process, preparation and the coordination of our team reporting and bids tracking.Your role will include setting up bid documentation, organizing bid meetings, identifying useful content and creating diagrams from scratch for use in bid documents.You will be supporting a busy team that is responsible for a large number of bids, giving you the opportunity to work remotely with all parts of the business, across all sectors.Skills and Experience Required

  • Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint - InDesign is a bonus
  • Keen attention to detail including accurate writing, spelling and proof-reading skills
  • Excellent written communication and free text drafting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
