Job Description

Bid Executive Hybrid We are delighted to support our client in the professional services sector in their search for Bid Executives to join their Team in the North East. We are looking for individuals who are innovative and value the work that they do. The focus of the role isin delivering responses to client requests for proposals (RfPs). As a Bids Executive, your role will consists of assisting the Bid Manager and other Bid Executives in the bids process.You will liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements in the preparation of bid documents, suggesting improvements and providing guidance on answering the clients needs.The Role: Maintaining the Bids Tracker Prepare bid documents Reviewing client requirements Creating RfP responses Coordinating RfP responses Managing documentation ensuring layout is correct and to a high standard Provide stakeholders with regular updates and feedbackSkills and Experience:Our primary requirement is that you have absolute attention to detail. Minimum 1years experience in bidding Ability to multitask and work to deadlines Willingness to take on additional responsibility and deputise when required Excellent working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint Keen attention to detail, punctuation, grammar and spelling Excellent written communication and free text drafting skills Experience of remote workingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pension
