Job Description

BI Developer | Global Software Company | Newcastle | Incredible Employee BenefitsEXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently recruiting for a highly recognised Global Software Company that are giants within their industry, for the role of BI Developer. Its an exciting opportunity to work for a huge company that have over 6 million customers worldwide with offices around the globe, they are extremely well established in the finance domain, specialising in offering their softwareto manage financial operations, including HR, payroll, payments, assets and more!What youll be doing:

  • Building the Enterprise Data Model
  • Manufacture specific, subject, or project-focused marts and analytical models within the presentation layer according to value and priorities
  • Constructing common metrics and KPI definitions and developing the logic according to agreed definitions / meta-data
  • Working closely with business analysts, understand requirements, and help to translate into technical deliverables
Main Skills/ Requirements:
  • Strong Skills with SQL or MSSQL
  • Commercial experience with PowerBi or similar visualisation tools
  • Strong background developing ETL processes and Data Warehouses
  • Basic knowledge of Snowflake, desirable but not essential
