Are you looking to support SEND children in a Primary School setting READ ONMilk Education are working with Primary Schools across Newcastle upon Tyne who require positive and resilient Teaching Assistants/ Learning Support Assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis as soon as posible. These roles range from day to day, short-term andlong-term positions and you can work as little or as many days as you require.In order to be considered for these roles and support in a SEND Teaching Assistant role you will need to be committed and passionate about helping children to achieve success and reach their full potential. Our schools are seeking individuals who can beflexible in their role. Your duties will include working a one to one basis with SEND Pupils and working with small groups both academically and emotionally.The children you will be working with will have a range of behavioural challenges and Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, ADHD, Autism, behavioural difficulties and may be Looked After Children; so excellent behaviour management is necessarywith a calm but firm approach.You will be working alongside a dedicated and supportive staff team ensuring a positive and safe learning environment is provided for all pupils.
