About the contractUrgent contract requirement for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to work on a greenfield project for a client.Delighted to be recruiting for an Azure DevOps Engineer for a world leading software client based in the North East of England. This role can be 100% remote.Role: Azure DevOps Engineer/ArchitectLocation: RemoteDuration: 3 months (potentially longer)Rate: up to £600-700 (Outside Ir35) - flexible based on experienceThe RoleThe role:Our client are undergoing a cloud migration project and require someone with heavy Azure DevOps skills to join the team for 3 months at a minimum. The ideal person will help design and build of the project rather than being just operational. Ideally youshould be challenging processes and bringing best practice to the project team.Key Requirements:- Azure DevOps experience (ideally at architect level)- Track record of driving solutions that resulted in measurable productivity benefits- Experience in build/release/test pipelines and automation- Detailed understanding of source control systems such as GIT or Mercurial- Strong knowledge of one or more Scripting languages.- Experience with Windows/Linux- Experience of working with an agile environmentNext stepsThis is a contract role and as such you must be available in the next two weeks to be considered for the role.
