* Selenium* JavaAutomation Tester (Remote)Up to £35,000pa NewcastleBenefits: 27 days holiday, great working environment, great pension, flexible hoursDo you want to be one of the main testers on a brand new project Do you want to work as the main automation tester Then this is the right role for you!The RoleWorking in a small testing team you will be responsible for helping with a majority of the automation internally, particularly on some new projects that are coming up where they are also looking for someone to lead. Using Selenium Webdriver you will be ableto create test automation scripts and frameworks as well as designing, developing and executing manual test cases. Taking part in an agile processes you will be responsible for really driving the QA function forward. This will be initially from home but couldinvolve some office working further down the line so will need someone prepared to live locally.Required SkillsYou will need experience of:* Manual testing* Automation testing mainly using Selenium Webdriver (at least a year)* Testing on Dynamics 365 platform* Experience writing test scripts for manual and automated testing* ISEB or ISTQB* Jira would be idealCompanyWorking in the public sector this is working in a critical back-office function that is constantly delivering results.
