The successful candidates will be based in our Newcastle hub and will work closely with the Real Estate Partners and Associates in our London office, as well as theparalegals and technology team in Newcastle.The roles require bright and ambitious candidates who are equally at home working as part of a larger team on discrete elements of large and high profile transactions, as they are managing their own case load of property management and lower value real estatetransactional work.We are looking for two associates who are keen to apply their legal skills to the complex and challenging case load offered by the London real estate team, within a vibrant and collegiate team based in Newcastle.Skills and Experience RequiredThe successful candidates will have trained at a leading real estate team, will have gained good experience of acting on a wide range of commercial property, development and investment transactions and will have experience of acting for other important playersin the real estate industry such as investors, financiers and occupiers.Experience of energy and infrastructure projects is an advantage, but is not essential.
