I am currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an AJ100 practice in Newcastle. Based a short walk from central Newcastle station, their office is newly refurbished and is based in an iconic building.Here they employ 19 staff and overall, this award-winning practice has around 80 members of staff across their three offices. The UK, all of which are in the North of the UK.Having been designing in the Architectural industry for over 35 years, they obtain an extensive portfolio.Projects-wise, this Architectural practices key areas are within the residential and healthcare sectors but work within a plethora of other sectors like commercial and education.They work on a wide range of projects within their residential projects, including private-housing developments, affordable & supported accommodation, and high-rise apartments.Within the healthcare sector, they design complex acute and mental healthcare as well as primary care and community hub facilities.You will become part of the practice-wide, technical forum group and after six months become the Newcastle Studio BIM Champion/Lead.Responsibilities would also involve leading major/complex projects with the requirement to mentor and develop junior technicians working as part of the project team.
