Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and competent Asbestos Surveyor to join a highly successful asbestos company in and around the Newcastle area . The successful company will hold the P402 qualification and will have experiencecarrying out the full range of asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites. Applications from Tyne and Wear, South Shields, Gateshead the surrounding areas will be considered.Qualifications & Experience:The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry. Be well versed with the asbestos industry and proceduresPossess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in using the microsoft office package.Key Role:Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of buildings including commercial and industrial.Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.Building and maintaining a good relationship with clients.Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
