They provide innovative solutionsthat enhance the durability, appearance, and performance of surfaces, meeting the demanding requirements of our customers.Role:As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients whileactively seeking new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the designated area.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical trainings to educate customers and promote our solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.Experience Required:Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the coatings or related industry.Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Sbility to travel within the assigned territory as required.To apply, please send your updated CV and cover letter to
