Job Description

Main purpose of role:Your role is integrally important to the team achieving its objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring advisers receive an excellent Onboarding or Leaving experience.You will ensure the correct system levels and provider access is in place for our advisers to be able to conduct business.This role involves maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders therefore it is important that a positive, professional manner is executed.Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:Key Accountabilities

  • Processing Adviser instructions in a timely manner, as detailed in the service standards
  • Inputting data onto our systems and maintaining accurate up to date records
  • Ensure agency codes are ordered or cancelled in line with FCA approval
  • Conduct effective communication with Agents and product providers
  • Maintain accurate management information to manage your workload
  • Deliver a great adviser experience by effective query management resolution
  • Take responsibility for your own workload and strive to achieve department SLAs
  • Follow agreed processes and procedures within your role
  • Meet set quality standards, productivity and team principles
  • Contribute with recommendation for improvement within your role
  • Ensure that risks are correctly reported and within reasonable timescales
