We require an administrator to work on this project based in our Newcastle office.About the RoleWorking as part of the operational team responsible for City Fibre in our Newcastle Office, you will contribute to the team by providing all administrative support which will include uploading as-built documents which could include pictures or drawings, where accuracy and attention to detail is essential.Day to day tasks are as follows (but not limited to):

  • Materials procurement, invoices and delivery notes processing
  • Producing data and weekly reports for the Client, and liaising with the client as required.
  • Uploading documentation to data base
  • Create subcontractor’s orders and post valuations
  • Invoices management
  • Deal with suppliers and delivering dates
  • Maintain accurate records of Purchase Order’s
  • Prepare reports as required by operational managers
  • Procurement and sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Deal with customers enquiries and complaints by phone
  • Filing
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience of similar role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to act as an effective team member
  • Well-developed skills in organising and planning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with experience of MSoffice.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to process a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
