Job Description

The role is hybrid meaning 2 days in the office and 3 days from home offering the flexibility to suit your life! Our office is equipped with high tech coffee machines and other free perks such as tea,breakfast items (cereals and fruit) and lots more. We really go above and beyond to ensure our staff are looked after.What youll be doing:

  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
  • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
  • Resolve queries, escalate when needed and log if required
  • To schedule and prioritise allocated work daily, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identify and suggest areas of improvement
  • Maintain and update information for audit purposes

It would be great if you had:
  • Payroll experience, CIPP qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of providing a service to a large government client
  • Strong Administrative background
