BMC Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a well established business in the Newcastle upon Tyne area with the recruitment of an Administration Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.Heading up the administration team you will be responsible for carrying out key account administrations across the business. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role.Key responsibilities:* Management of the administration team* Review, produce and submit tender responses* Attend internal meetings, take minutes and follow up on any actions* Update and maintain accreditations* Create sales orders, purchase orders and invoices* Book training requirements as needed and update training matrix* Produce service reports* Check timesheets are entered correctly and allowances and holidays reconcile* Respond to inbound enquiries* Produce reports and analysis as needed* Book hotel and travel arrangements* Assist other departments in any administration requirements / holiday coverEssential criteria:* Computer skills (Microsoft package as a minimum)* Excellent communication skills* Excellent organisational skills* Previous Administration experiencePrevious management experience
