Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Member based within Newcastle Upon Tyne,NE12Available shifts / Locations below:

  • Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
  • Postcode: NE12 8BU
  • 09:00-17:00PM
  • £12.22 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
  • Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
Skills and experience required:
  • Must have at least 2 years previous Accounts experience
  • DBS Required
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Invoice processor/data entry role in a high volume environment
  • Point of contact for procure to pay queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Internal/external supplier queries
  • Schedule and process payments
  • Reconciliations and period end close activities
  • Data entry
  • Statement reconciliations
  • AP knowledge - beneficial but not essential
