Account Manager 12 month fixed term contract£45,000 salary plus bonus Location - Newcastle / North East regionWe are currently recruiting for a really exciting opportunity, for an experienced Account Manager to join our clients organisation, on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a field based role and the territory you will be covering is the North East.Experience required:· Experience of or a desire to work in a field sales role· Selling experience within medical/pharma industry, selling to primary and/or secondary care· Strong team player as will be part of a Matrix team· Educated to degree level, with ideally a bio-medical sciences background or nursing experience. Recent graduates with a Bio-medical sciences degree will be considered· Tenacity, be highly motivated and goal oriented· Strong and impactful communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships and influence key decision makers· Demonstrates skills at meeting or exceeding targets· Strong presentation & IT skills Key responsibilities:· Drive over achievement of sales targets across territory· Produce specific account growth plans detailing actions and resources· Build comprehensive customer account plans· Drive and support product implementation · Initiate and drive product evaluations through liaisons with key clinical decision makers· Facilitate audits to gather data· Meet agreed Metrics & Standards working within and adhering to Companys compliance policy & Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics· A strong understanding of the company CRM system and record calls dailyThis role requires you to be car driver with a full clean driving licence.
