These services include Telecommunications, Managed Printing services, Hosted VoIP Telephony and many others. You would be coming into a warm desk where you would hit the groundrunning and getting involved in the MSP environment. In this role you will provide customer facing and remote 3rd line support, resolving escalated enquiries from the 2nd line support team. You will provide systems administration, firewall and server configuration, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd or 3rd line support, helpdesk and incident management. You will WAN and LAN connectivity, firewalls and security.
