1st Line Support EngineerNewcastle (Hybrid Working - Office/Home)£23,000 - £25,000 + Holiday + Pension + Progression OpportunitiesExcellent role on offer for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing firm providing a wealth of services, geared towards supplying Telecommunications and IT services and products, with progression to 2nd and 3rd line opportunities in the future.This company provide an array of technology based solutions to their client base. These services include Telecommunications, Managed Printing services, Hosted VoIP Telephony and many others. You would be coming into a warm desk where you would hit the groundrunning and getting involved in the MSP environment. In this role you will be responsible for dealing with tickets, and escalating jobs to 2nd and 3rd line Engineers. Focusing on building platforms and utilising your skills with Windows 10/11, O365 and Active Directory. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at an entry level at a company looking at huge growth in the years to come, with progression opportunities to move up the ranks within the business.
