Job Description

Our global client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract - this is due to maternity cover. This role is a hybrid role and will be office-based Monday and Tuesdays with home working for the rest of theweek. This role will be supporting the account management preparation and will be liaising with both external customers and internal colleagues to help progress orders and manage the whole customer order process.* Account-specific database and sales price list administration* Working within a team to support the account management dept in data preparation* Entering, maintaining, and updating data records using the CRM system* Supporting Account Management in preparation of any business offer / quotes* Receipt, validation, and administration of customer orders in line with the internal process* Checking, updating, and maintaining orders and prices in the relevant systems* Support in TRM (trade receivable management) process via analysis of price differences, deductions, and non-payments in cooperation with Account and Customer Billing departments* Preparation of invoicing form or credit notes to resolve price issues, invoice deliveries, tooling & services* Collection of calculation data, preparation of offer in line with Account-specific business parameters and maintains price historyCandidate Requirements:* Experience working in Sales Admin/Sales Support is important* IT skills - good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, desirable - SAP, Salesforce* Excel (advanced will consider intermediate) & analytical skills* Excellent communication skills* Good attention to detail and organised person* Someone who can work using their own initiativeHours: 37.5 Per WeekSalary: £19,000 - £25,000 Per AnnumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
