Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator has arisen to work for a well-established specialist business, joining a small warm and friendly team. As the HR Administrator, you will have the opportunity to prioritise a varied and busy workload, workingalongside 3rd party HR Consultants.* As the HR Administrator, you will be entering employment data into the company database and ensuring all data is accurate and important documents are present* Process payroll for weekly and monthly staff* The HR Administrator will be required to issue new starter letters, disciplinary letters and exit letters* Liaising with the 3rd part HR Consultants for complex queries and cases* As the HR Administrator, they will be assisting management with the hiring process* Arranging recruitment and training events* The HR Administrator must ensure all H&S training modules are kept up to date* General HR duties Candidate Requirements:* Having worked within an HR Admin role for a minimum of 1 year is preferred* Experience in using SAGE line 50 is useful but not essential* Ability to communicate with people on all levels* Be able to work in a busy and vibrant office environment* Competent with IT packages* High attention to detail is essential for the role* Well-organised with the ability to prioritiseHours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pmSalary: £18,525 - £21,000 Per Annum DOEBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
