Electronics Engineer (Test and Repair)Newcastle-under-Lyme - commutable from Crewe, Alsager, Kidsgrove, Bridgemere, Stone, Cheadle, Cheddleton, Biddulph, Market Drayton£20,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + BenefitsAre you an Electronics Engineer with strong diagnostic and analytical skills looking to join a highly successful company who offer job security and excellent benefitsOn offer is the chance to join an internationally-renowned company who invest heavily in their staff through excellent in-house training and inductions, and offer plenty of overtime to dramatically increase your average yearly earnings.The company are industry-leaders in their field, specialising in repairs to a range of specialist electronics equipment with facilities in the UK, Europe and Asia. They now require a skilled Electronics Engineer to join the motivated Test and Repair teamin Newcastle under Lyme, and help the company continue to succeed.This role would suit an Electronics Engineer with fault finding and diagnostic skills, looking to join an established company in a permanent role.The Role:-

  • Testing and Repairs to complex electronic systems down to component level on a range of equipment including CCTV, PC, UPS and Switch mode power supplies
  • Use of test equipment including spectrum analysers and oscilloscopes to carry out sound analysis and diagnostics
  • Development of Electronic Schematics and similar documentation for diagnosing faults and repairs.
The Candidate:-
  • HNC in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience following Electronic Schematics and Test Specifications advantageous
  • Customerfacing experience and good communication methods desirable
