Customer Care Advisor - Call Centre - Newcastle -£18,826 - OTE up to £24,500I am looking for talented and confident individuals to join a busy contact centre responding and resolving customer queries regarding quotations and policy renewals.You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, so an excellent telephone manner is required to excel in the role.You will go through company training to be well versed on a range of products and services and will be able to deal with the majority of customer queries through that first contact. Your workload will be driven by incoming communications from customers.The ideal Customer Care Advisor candidate would possess the following skills and attributes. A real desire to provide outstanding levels of customer service Able to build rapport quickly with customers Ability to converse clearly with a good standard of spoken English. Effectively communicates information and knowledge, demonstrating empathy with customers and colleagues.
