Job DescriptionA new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join a great team of people working for long standing and reputable group, based in Newburn, Newcastle upon TyneAre you confident with a professional telephone manner and enthusiastic to learn If so this role would most definitely suit you, this is a great job for those who like to undertake a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease. As an administrative assistant you’ll be expected to turn your hand to various jobs whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Duties will include advanced data entry skills, including spreadsheets, replying to customer email enquiries and answering incoming calls and other customer queries and general admin.Basic duties:

  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Taking payments
  • Sending and Receiving Emails
  • Postal Duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Some social media work
