Job Description

Supervisor Are you looking for a new long-term challenge as NSL Limited who part of Marston Holdings are looking for a New Supervisor to manage, support and develop a team of existing and new Civil Enforcement Officers in the Nottinghamshire County area.The current team at this base are well established and need a fully focused individual who can join and lead the team to ensure our clients requests are met to the high standards required.The applicant will need to be flexible, have good leadership skills and be a personable person.Key elements of the role: -

  • Manage the team and Individual performances by conducting regular team meetings and briefings, hold 1-2-1 reviews to ensure contract KPIs and expectations are kept to a high standard.
  • Effectively manage resources, recruiting when needed and ensuring all training and development is completed.
  • Ability to organise and motivate all team members.
  • The candidate must be able to work on your own initiative.
  • Ability to communicate professionally on a Senior Management and Corporate level.
  • Provide, create, and implement learning and coaching opportunities.
  • Working with the fellow Senior team leaders to drive your own personal development.
  • Ability to carry out investigations and disciplinary hearings if and when required, however full training and support will be given.
  • Follow all company procedures and processes in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
The ideal candidate
  • Will have a good knowledge of the local areas, and understand MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work to tight and rapidly changing deadlines.
  • Excellent self-conduct, timekeeping, and attendance record
  • A flexible approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a full and valid UK driving license.
  • Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • £12.66 to £12.81*
*T&Cs apply for an extra 15p per hour once probation is passed.
