Job Description

Are you a sales ledger super star looking for a new challenge If yes please read on… Newark on Trent - Office BasedSalary: £25,000PA based on experienceHours: Mon - Thursday 9am -5pm Friday 9- 4.30pmStart date: ASAPOverview:Your role will mainly involve all aspects of sales ledger and ad hoc admin and accounting tasks

  • Entering sales Invoices using Sage50 accounts.
  • Reconciliation of client accounts monthly
  • liaising with various local authorities to ensure payments are received on time by filing various monthly returns and chasing appropriate contracts.
  • Ensuring all money held on behalf of our clients are reconciled at least once per month and maintaining appropriate receipts.
  • Month End reports
  • Daily recording of bank account activity in Sage50 accounts.
  • General Office Duties
