/Sales Executive - £25,000 - £26,000 + Commission/Incentives - Newark SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client based in the outskirts of Newark. The role is in the perfect location for candidates based in Newark, Tuxford, Ollerton and Sutton on Trent! You must be able to drive to be considered for this role - this is a essential requirement. The company is an award winning employer who have been listed as one of the best companies to work for by The Sunday Times. Your role will be to proactively manage and create a new business. It is essential you have customer service/sales experience and are confident to upsell! You must have previously worked within a sales environment working to KPI/sales targets. You will be expected to eventually support 2/3 agents within the team. (Team Leader like duties!) As the Sales Executive your role would involve: - Developing new customer accounts from warm leads. - Developing and building long term business relationships with existing and new customers. - Taking inbound calls from customers - Upselling and cross selling products - Achieve individual and team sales targets - Understand product range to help give the customer confidence in the buying process. - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. - Focusing on the key selling points and benefits of our products rather than competing on price.
