Are you looking for a Registered Manager role, for an innovative domiciliary care provider where you’ll feel supported, valued and have the tools to deliver the very best care and customer service to your clients If so, we love to hear from you…As the Domiciliary Care Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of a domiciliary care services to vulnerable adults in the Newark area. You’ll have the support of dedicated directors who are passionate about delivering a care service thatwould be fit for their own families and have created a supportive environment and thriving team who work brilliantly together.There’s an attractive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 on offer, 8 days leave plus the bank holidays.With superior IT systems and efficient processes ingrained, you’ll have the time to really focus on what’s important - your clients and your staff.The Registered Manager Role

You’ll have ultimate responsibility for the safe delivery of care, ensuring that CQC standards are being met
Communicate with clients, their families and healthcare professionals . Conduct quarterly reviews and yearly satisfaction surveys
Ensure the accuracy and completion of care plans and risk assessment.
Conduct Audit on the service and mock inspections
This is a growing provision, with around 80% of their work with private clients. You’ll be a key player in the agency’s continued expansion across the areas of Newark, Southwell, Ollerton and beyond.
Leadership of a team of approx. 35
Oversee the delivery of training

What we’re looking for…

Domiciliary care experience is an absolute must, and ideally this will have been as a Registered Manager with CQC.
We are happy to consider candidates that have significant experience as a Deputy Manager / Care Manager / Branch Manager who’ve not held registration with CQC yet.
You’ll be qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership (or already working towards0
And importantly, you’ll be a real team player, this is a company where the ethos is that they all support one another and as the Registered Manager you’ll need to ensure that the team is engaged and positive.
You’ll have good IT skills
