Are you an Operations Manager from a Manufacturing / Assembly background, looking for a key strategic role, where you will have full autonomy to develop and expand a well-established production site This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading, UK-wide company, where you will be tasked with spurring ambitious plans for future growth, whilst in turn progressing your own career as your highly-skilled engineering team increases in size.As an Operations Manager for this manufacturer, you will have a team of Direct Reports, including Production Supervisors, Planners, Quality staff amongst others. In line with site growth, you will oversee continuous improvements.This role suits an Operations Managers from a Manufacturing / Assembly background, looking to put their own stamp on a well-established production site.The Role
