Job Description

Multi skilled maintenance engineer - Electrically bias. NottinghamAgricultural4 on 4 off (Days/nights)£41000 - £45000 per yearGi group are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UKs leading processors of renewable Energy, they are at the forefront of their field and offer environmentally safe renewable energy. The company in question are looking for a Multi SkilledMaintenance Engineer - Electrically Bias at their site in Newark.Job Role:The role is part of a team which covers production over 24/7, days/nights. We require apprentice trained, qualified industrial electrician to add to their existing team.Typical Duties will involve:

  • Working closely with production to maximise utilisation of site assets
  • Carry out all electrical works including installation, inspection, testing, and fault finding.
  • Maintain maximum effectiveness and benefit from existing site equipment.
  • Assist with development of new manufacturing methods.
  • Work cross functionally to deliver a consistent and dynamic approach to continuous improvement.
  • To ensure all work is completed in compliance with safe working procedures.
  • Adherence of the PPM system, complete and on time
  • Completion of all relevant, statutory documentation.
Desirable experience
  • Must be eligible to work in UK.
  • Previous experience with low voltage systems (up 440V)
  • Ability to read from schematics.
  • Understanding of PLC systems
  • Practical engineering skills
  • Manufacturing / Process experience with evidence of PPM delivery and control
  • Fault finding and diagnosis of breakdowns techniques.
