They are also proud to have close to a 5* average score on Trustpilot.Your new opportunity:As an integral part of this growing insurance business, you will lead a team of 7 people across all aspects of the business. This will include underwriting, customer service, claims handling, wholesale distribution and marketing.You will use your creative flair to bring ideas to incentive performance to ensure your team are motivated and happy with their work. You will lead the operations of the business, take control of compliance whilst spearheading the sales strategy of the business.Alongside your team, a big part of your role will be to visit sailing clubs, expeditions and trade shows to drive revenue. This is where your passion and/or knowledge of sailing/boats comes into play.Ahead of their re-brand launch later this year, you will have a voice at senior management and will have a clear opinion on the direction of the business.The package:You will be rewarded with a basic salary between £45,000-£60,000 dependent upon experience and knowledge within this field.You will earn an attractive bonus to reward you for your hard work and dedication to your role.For the chosen candidate, a long-term incentive package will be on offer as the business expands.What have you got to offerFirst and foremost, youll have experience leading insurance teams, ideally as an Operations Manager. Your management style will be around motivating teams of people to achieve better and greater results.You must have experience representing either a personal lines, HNW, marine or commercial insurance based business.An all-round passion for sailing would be hugely appealing but this isnt essential to apply. A general appreciation of the industry/boats will still be needed in order to be successful in this role.Have technical marine insurance experience Great! But this isnt a pre-requisite dont worry as technical training can be provided.We are genuinely excited to promote this opportunity with you.
