You would be working Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to workscheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:

  • Manage the Employee Relations inbox daily, ensuring all investigations, disciplinaries and grievances are actioned in a timely manner, in line with GXO policies
  • Provide first level advice to line managers on ER case management
  • Support with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeal meetings as required
  • Preparing and issuing invite and outcome letters and maintaining accurate records
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous HR Administration experience in a similar capacity, with a generalist background
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards would be beneficial
