Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Polish Location -Newark (Remote / Hybrid working available)This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Polish speaker to join a leading employer offering excellent development opportunities and continuous training.The client is offering full time hours to suit the successful candidate.The Role of Polish Speaking Customer Services involve:

  • Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Polish and English business customers
  • Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve
  • Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
  • Administration including emails and client correspondence using Word and Outlook
The ideal candidate for Polish speaking customer services will have the following:
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Polish
  • Ability to investigate and resolve problems
  • Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business
  • Excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Full Flexibility with working hours (shifts between 6am - 10pm including weekend rotation)
