Can you coordinate the care and support services for adults aged 18+PerCurra has an opportunity for you to join the team as a Care Coordinator/Senior Carer based in the Newark area. You will join us on a full time or part time basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits depending on experience and qualifications. We also encourage and will help fund further career development and training.Hours per week flexible and generally within office hours; however, to meet the needs of the business, some early starts, late finishes and weekend working will be required. (Generally between 7am – 11 pm Monday to Sunday). You will also be part of the On-call rota.We are a growing business providing excellent care for our clients in their own homes in the Grantham area and surrounding villages. We are developing our client base in theNewark areaand have an exciting vacancy for a very special person who meets the following requirements and who is confident they could contribute fully to our future success.Responsibilities of our Care Coordinator/Senior Carer include:- Client reviews - Supporting all clients requirements- Working closely with the Care Manager to improve the services the company provide- Staff supervisions and competence assessments- Working with the Scheduler and Recruitment to help recruit the right candidates for client teams- Delivering care as required by the needs of the business- Completing records and inputting onto our system e.g. Rota- Liaising with our care team members and providing support where required- Shadowing and introducing staff in Client calls- Staff supervisions and competence assessments- On-call responsibilities where you will liaise with clients, relatives and relevant authorities and complete associated tasks as requiredWhat we’re looking for in our Care Coordinator/Senior Carer: - Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential- NVQ level 2 Health and Social Care and keen to work towards an NVQ Level 3;- Communication & Computer skills- Positive role model- Team building- Ability to cope with pressure- Able to manage own workload- Be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settingsIf you feel have the skills and experience to become one of our Care Coordinator/Senior Carer please click ‘apply’ today, we’d love to hear from you!
