What is involved in this Assistant Restaurant Manager roleHours: 40 Hours (Mon - Sunday) Salary: £27,500What duties are involved in this Assistant Restaurant Manager role
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the hotel restaurant by overseeing the implementation of standards as detailed in the standards and procedures manual.
  • Adhere to open and closing procedures.
  • Adhere to bill paying procedures.
  • Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary.
  • Upsell property facilities and actively pursue cost saving measures.
  • Maintain a high awareness of all health and safety regulations.
What do you bring to this Assistant Restaurant Manager role
  • Previous experience in a similar restaurant management role.
