Job Description

Sales AdministratorA well renowned international food wholesaler based in South West London seeks a Sales Administrator to join their busy, multicultural team.The company deals in East Asian food produce and serves the specialist Asian cash and carries, independent supermarkets and restaurants across London.They are now seeking an administrator to manage sales invoices, order processing and general customer service to their clients.To be considered for the role you must live a commutable distance to the New Maldon areaCore duties

  • Raising invoices and purchase orders
  • Processing orders from clients/customers by phone
  • Providing customer support and following up on order fulfilment with clients
  • Ideal candidate
  • Previous experience within a sales admin / office admin role with some exposure to raising invoices
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills as you will need to review and process orders on Excel
  • Currently living in or able to easily commute to the Chessington area
  • Ideally able to speak Japanese, Korean, Cantonese or Mandarin (not essential)
