Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.----The Role:In the negotiator role youll report to the Branch Manager and will be primarily responsible for selling or letting the properties on the market with our client.Specific tasks include:- Liaising with vendors and potential buyers- Managing a CRM database with potential vendors and potential buyers- Growing the companys market presence in the areaThis position is based in the companys Croydon office, so please ensure thats within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.----The Candidate:To be considered for the Estate Agent role you will need to possess direct experience of a sales based role with a proven track record.
