Job Description

Glowcroft has been established since 1990 and offers a total packaging service from concept to delivery and anything in between, we are looking to strengthen our customer services department with an additional customer services administrator.Objective of role: You will be responsible in aiding the successful delivery of a highly responsive service to individual customers, through being a team player, using your own initiative and being proactive in meeting the company’s overall annual projected target.You provide and deliver an effective and efficient administrative support for all customer enquiries and sales orders.Main Job Duties:Customer Care

  • Provide a professional customer focussed service, and the ability to go the extra mile for all our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer queries via a range of communication channels including phone, email, and post.
  • Manage incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct processes and methods within the department
  • Proactively promote the company’s range of products to the existing customer base, with additional training as required
  • Administration
  • Responsible for creating production paperwork including the job specification, for existing & new jobs when required and in the absence of the Purchasing/Sales Administrator
  • Booking in deliveries and arranging transport effectively and on time, pending CPL receipts from production
  • Working closely with production on delays to ensure accurate information is received to be communicated to customers (i.e. any delays) to ensure dispatch deadlines are achieved
  • Raising delivery notes
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components for upcoming packing slots.
