Job Description

Client Executive / Account ManagerHours Of Work - 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break) Based in Nantwich. This is an office based role.Up to £24,00 depending upon experience plus bonusThe company is a really successful and well known finance brokerage. They offer advice on business funding across the UK. This role involves working directly with the brokers to help support their clients and provide the funding their clients require.You dont need any prior finance experience as they will provide full training, but you do need good organisational skills, be great with people and want to learn!The main responsibilities of the Client Executive / Account Manager role are;

  1. Answering telephone / taking messages
  2. Submitting lending applications to a panel of lenders using various methods, email, portals etc
  3. Collating responses from the lenders and putting forward for review with the appropriate manager
  4. Preparing offer packs to be sent to the client
  5. Completing money laundering checks
  6. Collecting and issuing payments to relevant parties, also the correct recording of these
  7. Instructing valuations and monitoring their progress
  8. Managing of your own diary whilst processing cases
  9. Updating clients and introducers at least once a week
  10. Ensuring all conditions of sanction are met and providing the lender with everything they require
  11. Contacting solicitors for updates on cases and where necessary involving the client and lender
  12. Liasing with the relevant manager and adding cases into the cashflow, also managing these to ensure they complete as planned
  13. Updating the ledger and cashflow (excel and google sheets)
  14. Completion tasks associated with the cases, drafting a completion letter, updating the ledger / cashflow, chasing any fees payable, sending gifts etc
  15. General office duties, filing, scanning, emails etc
  16. Attending events as and when required
  17. Assisting in arranging appointments with managers as and when required
  18. Assisting with stationary orders where required
  19. Greeting visitors
Applicant of the Client Executive to be:
  1. Confident on the telephone
  2. Organised
  3. GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above
  4. Able to use Word, Excel, Email
  5. Able to manage own workload and whilst be part of a team, have the ability to remain focused
