Job Description

Due to an internal re-structure this 8 bedded residential home based in Cromer, supporting people with Learning Disabilities seek a new Registered Manager.The JobAs a Registered Manager your responsibilities will be to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those who are being cared for and also the carers is of the highest possible standards. This will include:

  • Recruitment, Supervision and development of staff
  • Ensuring all CQC standards are adhered to
  • Promoting the home
  • Conducting risk assessments for all resident activities
  • Liaising with other medical services, families etc.
  • Ensuring care plans are updated and reviewed at all times
    • The PersonThis role would either suit a current Registered Manager with a NVQ level 5 in care, or a Deputy Manager who is working towards it.
