The Role - Team Administrator Salary - £24k Location - North Lanarkshire Hours - Mon-Fri (37.5 hours)Office Angels have an opportunity for a Team Administrator to join a well-established construction company. The role is based within modern open plan office space which is our clients head office. Positioned within the finance team however you will also provide consistent business support to the wider team and therefore it is central to the role that you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, are confident using a wide range of systems, can useinitiative and be able to work under pressure. The Role - * Ensuring all compliance records are up to date * Maintaining the service logs * Answeringincoming telephone calls to the business efficiently and professionally * Processing client orders and issuing corresponding paperwork/emails * Acting as first point of contact for calls into the business* Checking Purchase Invoices against POs* Processing Purchase Invoices through Project Costing software* Maintaining staff training records and highlighting requirements* Ensuring uniform and PPE supplies are maintained* Tracking fleet details and ensuring all maintenance/mot records are up to dateWed love to speak to candidates who - * Have previous experience within a similar role i.e., within a finance team or construction/building services sector * Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to strict deadlines/compliance * Are self-motivated and have initiative * Can communicate effectively * Display a high level of attention to detail * Are confident with IT systems and new software This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business during a period of expansion.
