TRFS is committed to paying 40ph above the Scottish Governments Living Wage declared 2024/25 rate for Social Care. This means from April 2024 we intend to pay £12.40ph i.e. 40ph above the Scottish Governments committed rate. Requirements: Due to the nature of the role we can only accept female applicants that drivewith access to their own vehicle. This service includes nightshifts for the first 4 weeks after this period the shift pattern will be from 8am-10pm. This role is for either 24 hours or 30 hours depending on applicant availability. About the role: Each personwe support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life. Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone whojoins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
