Job Description

The role - Service AdministratorLocation - Motherwell, North LanarkshireHours - 8.00-17.00 - Monday to Friday (fully office based)Salary - £26-28k depending on experience Office Angelsare assisting our client with the recruitment of an experiencedService Administrator to work at their office based in the Motherwell area of North Lanarkshire.We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role where compliance was key. You will be the first point of contact for the Engineers, Suppliers and Customers. It is therefore pivotal that you have strong communication skills and can balance multipleresponsibilities whilst remaining business focused under pressure. Our client has six sites across Scotland and this who you will be working alongside to ensure the business continues to move forward with efficiency.Some of the areas of the business you will be designated to handle queries for and organise/plan the maintenance for are - * Fire & Security* Boiler Maintenance * Workwear * Office facilities * Site waste disposal How the job will look: - * Responsible for facilitating all internal tasks required to enable the engineers to carry out their job efficiently* Coordinating all service works or repairs * Data entry and ensuring records are up to date and accurate* Preparation, renewal and monitoring of maintenance* Liaising with engineers regarding works and customer requirements* Lease expiry and renewal management * Providing accident guidance and assistance* Management of all three of the quality certification ISO 90001, 140001, 450001.* Non-conformance reporting and management team communication and feedback collection* Liaising with the external ISO support company to ensure the business remains certified.The ideal candidate will have: - * A pro-active approach to customer queries * Strong communication skills and confidence to chase for outstanding data * Advanced use of Microsoft MS applications - especially Excel * Previous employment history in a service or maintenance arena Our client has a healthy client base and has been established for many years and they are looking for an additional team member who wants to utilise their skills fully and who can juggle priorities and multi-task!
